On the day of arrival, rooms will be available from 3:00 PM.
If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please notify us.
In the event of late arrival, we will be forced to charge 100% of the price of the entire booked period.

On the day of your departure, please vacate your rooms by 10:00 am.

We prefer cash.
You can also pay your bill by credit or debit card (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, or ED card). Checks are accepted.

If, for any reason, you are forced to cancel your vacation, please notify us up to 21 days before your arrival at the hotel, we will give you the option of using your deposit at another time during the season (for the same length of stay as your previous stay).

You will also be charged for any unused days.

We accept small and medium-sized dogs weighing up to 30 kg, upon prior request only. A maximum of one dog per room (except for dogs weighing up to 10 kg, which may be two) is permitted, and a maximum of five dogs are allowed in the entire hotel at any one time. We appreciate your understanding if your four-legged friend does not have free access to the common areas, restaurant, bar, and wellness center. The supplement is €15.00 per day per dog.

If you wish to connect to the Internet, you have two options: use our INTERNET POINT in the hotel lobby or use your portable notebook with the WI-FI Zone service that covers most areas of our hotel.
